Ingredients
- 6 scallions (chopped)
- 1 potato
- 1 beets
- 200 gr green peas
- 180 ml yogurt
- 110 gr egg
- 32 gr carrots
- 2 ml cider vinegar
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover, refrigerate to chill, and serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage leaves.
