- 9 oval au gratin dishes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c vanilla sugar
- 1/2 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c granulated sugar
- 4 ts currant
- 4 ts butter (unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon jelly
Chocolate Sauce, or cold Strawberry Sauce (recipes separately). Serves 4.
