Ingredients
- 1 lb market steak
- 1 c peanut oil
- 1 lb chinese broccoli
- 1 c chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons chicken stock
- 3 ts dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil to the wok (drained)
- 4 ts rice wine
- 2 ts chili bean sauce
- 2 1/2 ts cornstarch
- 1 1/2 ts shrimp paste
- 1 ts sugar
- 1/2 ts satay sauce
- 1/2 ts water
- some oil
stir to mix well. Serve with the warm broccoli.
