- 450 gr market steak
- 240 ml peanut oil
- 170 gr chinese broccoli
- 240 ml chicken stock
- 45 ml chicken stock
- 16 ml dark soy sauce
- 16 ml oil to the wok (drained)
- 20 ml rice wine
- 10 ml chili bean sauce
- 6 gr cornstarch
- 4 gr shrimp paste
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 ml satay sauce
- 2 ml water
- some oil
stir to mix well. Serve with the warm broccoli.
