Ingredients
- 1 anchovy paste
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c cucumber
- 1/2 c celery (finely diced)
- 2 tb sour cream
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 1/4 c snipped dill (freshly)
- 2 tb shallots (minced)
- 1 tb dijon mustard
- 1 ts dill weed
- some place the shrimp
salad on crisp lettuce leaves or spoon it into hollowed-out tomatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings
