- 250 gr shrimp
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 50 gr cucumber
- 50 gr celery (finely diced)
- 30 ml sour cream
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 20 gr snipped dill (freshly)
- 16 gr shallots (minced)
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 2 gr dill weed
- some place the shrimp
salad on crisp lettuce leaves or spoon it into hollowed-out tomatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings
