Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pickled jalapeno pepper
- 1 lb shrimp
- 8 oz tomatoes
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
- 2 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb flour
- 2 tb lime juice
- 1 1/2 ts coriander seed
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/2 ts instant chicken bouillon
in the pumpkin seeds and lime juice, heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
