- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pickled jalapeno pepper
- 250 gr shrimp
- 150 gr tomatoes
- 60 gr onion
- 32 gr pumpkin seeds
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 16 gr flour
- 30 ml lime juice
- 3 gr coriander seed
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr sugar
- 2 ml instant chicken bouillon
in the pumpkin seeds and lime juice, heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
