Ingredients
- 450 lamb (lean cut into)
- 450 lamb serves
- 4 short bamboo skewers
- 4 as a starter
- 2 spring onions (chopped)
- 2 cm dice
- 1 pepper deseeded (red)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 onion fine (peeled chopped)
- 150 ml water
- 170 g ripe tomatoes
- 110 g rice
- 110 g uncle bens aromatic blend rice
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 25 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp coriander (fresh chopped)
5. Place the skewered lamb on a bed of Uncle Ben�s Aromatic Blend rice and serve immediately accompanied by a bowl of dipping sauce.
