Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 mushrooms
- 2 tamari
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 pound tofu
- 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon parsley
Saute onion & garlic in oil till transluscent. Add pepper, mushrooms,carrot & parsley. Stir fry briefly & add tofu, tamari & tomato sauce. Cooktill well heated through. Stuff into pita bread & serve.
