Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 chili peppers (red)
- 1 onions (chopped)
- 6 c water (cold)
- 1 lb pinto beans (dried)
- 1 lb chuck steak (lean cut into)
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 lb salt pork up (cut)
- 1 1/2 tb chili powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t cumin seed
- 1/2 ts pepper (crushed red)
- 1/2 ts marjoram
Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit. In slow-cooking pot, combine soaked beans (with water), browned pork, and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours. Recipe By :
