Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 10 ounce pa peas defrosted (frozen)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 pound ziti
- 12 ounces chicken (cooked chopped)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup parsley (fresh chopped)
- 1 package salt and pepper
- some prepare pasta according to directions
When pasta is done, drain it well. Toss pasta and cooked chicken with sauce, season with salt and pepper and serve.
