Ingredients
- 6 carrots thinly (sliced)
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 put the carrots in a blender
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon coriander (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add the spices and stir. Add the remaining broth, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
