Ingredients
- 8 sheets egg roll skins
- 3 bean sprouts (fresh)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 over
- 1/2 egg roll skin
- 1/2 prepared biscuit mix
- 3/8 cupful pork mixture on lower
- 3/4 c water
- 1/2 lb pork (ground)
- 1/2 cup water in bowl
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 c onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons oil in wok (hot)
- 2 tb vegetable oil
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tb cornstarch
- 1 ts dry sherry
- 1 ts soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 ts garlic salt
Slice each roll into 4 pieces. Serve with hot mustard, catsup and soy sauce as desired. Typed by Syd Bigger.
