- 10 skillet heat oil over high heat
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 1 1/2 casserole
- 2 c water
- 15 oz chuck steak (boneless)
- 1 c pearl onions
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 2 oz feta cheese
- 2 tb wine vinegar (red)
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts cumin seed
