- 1 parmesan croutons for (garnish)
- 700 gr beef (ground)
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 475 ml water
- 300 gr beef consume
- 130 gr pearl barley
- 110 gr onion (chopped)
- 1 package tomato soup (optional)
To Toast. Croutons: Drizzle croutons with melted butter or margarine and toss with grated Parmesan cheese. Spread on baking sheet and toast in 200ÂșC . oven until golden.
