- 1 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/8 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3 tb water (cold)
- 3 tb hersheys cocoa
- 2 teaspoons additional water (cold)
- 1 ts shortening
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1 package strawberry flavored gelatin
