Ingredients
- 2 beef bouillon cube
- 2 lbs beef
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 28 oz tomatoes (diced)
- 2 cup green bell pepper
- 2 cup long rice (grain white)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
