Ingredients
- 2 beef bouillon cube
- 900 gr beef
- 800 ml tomato sauce
- 525 gr tomatoes (diced)
- 270 gr green bell pepper
- 240 gr long rice (grain white)
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 6 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
