Ingredients
- 5 place pea pods
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 rice (fluffy)
- 13 oz pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 cup boiling water
- 6 oz pkg chinese pea pods partially (frozen thawed)
- 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 4 1/2 oz shrimp (rinsed)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground)
Before serving, add shrimp and vinegar, stirring carefully to avoid breaking up shrimp. Serve over hot rice.
