Ingredients
- 1/2 c ff yogurt
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1/4 c tomato juice
- 2 tb catsup
- 1 tb onion flakes
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1 ts soy sauce
- 1/4 ts dry mustard
Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce, catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
