Ingredients
- 120 ml ff yogurt
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 60 ml tomato juice
- 30 ml catsup
- 7 gr onion flakes
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 1 ml dry mustard
Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce, catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
