Texas Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 10 skillet over heat
  • 8 in diameter (inches)
  • 5 assembled tacos in ungreased jelly roll (pan)
  • 2 tbls of the cheese mixture
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tbls of margarine in a skillet over heat until (hot)
  • 1 lb chorizo sausage
  • 1 c onion
  • 6 oz cheese
  • 1/4 cup eggs
  • 3 tb margarine
  • 1/4 cup sausage mixture onto of the tortillas

about 10 to 12 minutes. Repeat with the remaining tacos. Serve with the guacamole and salsa.
