- 10 flour tortillas
- 10 skillet over heat
- 8 in diameter (inches)
- 5 assembled tacos in ungreased jelly roll (pan)
- 2 tbls of the cheese mixture
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tbls of margarine in a skillet over heat until (hot)
- 260 gr chorizo sausage
- 120 gr onion
- 90 gr cheese
- 60 gr eggs
- 40 gr margarine
- 34 gr sausage mixture onto of the tortillas
about 10 to dozen minutes. Repeat with the remaining tacos. Serve with the guacamole and salsa.
