Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 oatmeal
- 2 post toasties cereal
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar packed
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
Cream together margarine, shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add egg s and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in remain ing ingredients. Use ice cream scoop or 1/4-cup measure to drop 6 cookies to a sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
