Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 oatmeal
- 2 post toasties cereal
- 500 gr flour
- 450 gr brown sugar packed
- 400 gr granulated sugar
- 230 gr margarine
- 190 gr shortening
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 80 gr coconut
- 9 gr vanilla
- 9 gr baking powder
- 9 gr baking soda
Cream together margarine, shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add egg s and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in remain ing ingredients. Use ice cream scoop or 0.25-cup measure to drop 6 cookies to a sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
