- 4 tbl
- 1 egg
- 130 gr flour
- 120 gr semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr dark brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 90 gr pecans (chopped)
- 80 ml water
- 60 gr butter
- 40 gr coconut (shredded)
- 30 ml milk
- 7 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
on top. If any of the topping sticks to the pan, scoop it out, and spread it on the cake. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream, if you wish. ----
