Ingredients
- 3 kaffir lime leaves (dried)
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 1 lime
- 3 c water
- 3 1/4 c scallions
- 2 c bok choy
- 1 c soft tofu
- 1 c shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tb soy sauce
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 1 tb brown sugar
- 1 ts cayenne
- 1 ts lime peel (grated)
- 1/4 ts pepper (white)
You can use either fresh or dried shiitake mushrooms.
