- 2 low-sodium tamari
- 1 mung bean sprouts
- 1 block firm tofu
- 4 c brown rice (cooked)
- 1/2 lb mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c sesame seeds
- 1/2 lb spinach torn bite sized (into pieces)
- 1 slice onion (sliced)
- 1/2 slices green pepper thinly (sliced)
Min. To Wilt Spinach. 4. Mix in 4 C. Cooked Brown Rice. Heat Through and Serve Hot.
