Ingredients
- 9 hersheys kisses
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/8 c hersheys cocoa
- 1 tb milk
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/2 ts salt
With or without almonds Heat oven to 350~. In mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until blended. Add eggs and milk; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 11 minutes. Cool 1 minute; remove to wire rack. Press Kisses in center of each cookie. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. ----
