Ingredients
- 9 hersheys kisses
- 2 eggs
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 160 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 150 gr sugar
- 110 gr butter
- 28 gr hersheys cocoa
- 16 ml milk
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr salt
With or without almonds Heat oven to 180ºC In mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until blended. Add eggs and milk; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape dough into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 11 minutes. Cool 1 minute; remove to wire rack. Press Kisses in center of each cookie. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. ----
