- 2 drops pepper sauce (hot)
- 1 sole
- 3 c zucchini (sliced)
- 1 c green pepper
- 3/4 c tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 c onion (sliced)
- 1/4 c parmesian cheese
- 3 t dry sherry
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t oil
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 t basil
with parmesian cheese. if desired, serve pan juices over bulgar or rice.
