- 375 gr zucchini (sliced)
- 140 gr green pepper
- 120 gr tomatoes (chopped)
- 120 gr onion (sliced)
- 55 gr parmesian cheese
- 16 ml dry sherry
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr basil
with parmesian cheese. if desired, serve pan juices over bulgar or rice.
