Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 poultry seasoning
- 5/8 c water
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1 c nuts (chopped)
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1/2 c onion (chopped)
- 1/2 c celery (diced)
- 1 tb oil
- 1 1/4 ts onion powder
- 1/2 ts salt
about 35 to 40 minuets. Serve with you favorite sauce or gravy. The Inn uses a mushroom sauce, but the dish is also good with a tomato sauce or onion gravy. Yield: 5 to 6 servings. Shared By: Pat Stockett
