Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 black pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 c boiling chicken broth
- 2 c celery (chopped)
- 1 1/2 c wild rice (raw)
- 1 c broken walnuts
- 3 tb butter
- 1 tb salad oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts thyme
- 1 ts parsley (minced)
- 1/2 ts sage (minced)
Amounts may be adjusted to the size of the bird. This recipe should stuff a 15-lb turkey.
