- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon tobasco brand sauce (hot)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic granulated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 package beef stock
- 1 package mild green chiles
- 1 package tomato sauce
- some saute meat in oil
