- 110 gr melted butter
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 40 gr flour
- 32 gr slivered almonds (roasted)
- 30 gr green onion (chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr lemon peel (grated)
Cut fish into serving size pieces. Spray dozen x 20 cm ovenproof pan with non-stick spray. Coat fish with flour and salt mixture; place in single layer in pan. Pour butter, lemon juice and peel over fish; bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Sprinkle with slivered roasted almonds and chopped green onion. Serves 6.
