- 525 gr tomatoes
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 325 gr lima beans
- 300 gr potatoes
- 180 gr corn
- 170 gr cheddar cheese
- 120 gr onions
- 40 gr flour
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr salt
