Ingredients
- 10 buttered (pan)
- 2 sticks butter (unsalted)
- 1 egg
- 650 gr flour
- 375 gr apples
- 250 gr sugar
- 200 gr slivered almonds
- 60 ml lukewarm milk
- 55 gr butter
- 2 gr lemon rind (grated)
- 2 packages dry yeast (active)
Don't know what vanilla sugar is exactly...know you can make it by putting a vanilla bean in some sugar and letting it stay there a few weeks. I assume you can short cut this by just adding some vanilla extract to the mixture...might not be quite as good, but will do!:) ----
