Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 apples
- 1 am sunflower seeds
- 240 ml honey
- 325 gr am wheat flour (whole)
- 120 ml water
- 120 ml oil
- 9 gr non-alum baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr allspice
- 2 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr sea salt
-(or chopped nuts) Beat honey, oil, eggs and water. Mix dry ingredients and add to honey mixture. Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts. Fill oiled tins two third full. Bake at 200ºC . dozen to 15 minutes.
