Ingredients
- 280 gr artichoke hearts (drained)
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 80 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 65 gr green chili peppers (chopped)
Tortilla chips for dipping In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise. Transfer mixture to an 20 cm round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 180ÂșC oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
