- 10 grinds black pepper (fresh)
- 2 green onions (thin)
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 160 gr couscous
- 110 gr feta cheese
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 38 ml olive oil
- 14 gr parsley (finely minced)
- 3 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr salt
a small jar. Cover and shake well to blend. Pour over the salad, mixing well. 4. Refrigerate; bring the salad to room temperature before serving.
