Ingredients
- 1/4 liquid smoke flavor
- 600 gr mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 950 ml chicken stock
- 475 ml beer
- 350 gr potatoes (diced)
- 350 gr onions coarsely (chopped)
- 250 gr carrots (diced)
- 200 gr celery (sliced)
- 170 ml vegetable oil
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 gr pepper (white)
- 1 package chef-mate bacon n cheddar
1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Makes 25 one cup servings.
