Ingredients
- 6 eggs (beaten)
- 1 addl bacon for opt (garnish)
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 160 ml milk
- 14 gr butter
- 5 gr parmesan
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 slice green onion (thin)
Beat milk into eggs. Stir in seasonings, cheddar, onion and bacon. Melt butter in a 23 cm frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 200ÂșC for 20 minutes or until set and golden. Garnish with additional bacon, if desired. Serve immediately.
