Tuna Quiche In Rice Crust

Cook rice in water until tender, about 40 minutes. Mix well with 1 beaten egg a nd dill. Press into 23 cm pan. Bake at 180ºC or 8 minutes and remove. M ix tuna with lemon juice, onion and parsley. In separate bowl, mix 2 eggs with milk and cheese. Place mushrooms on crust, add tuna mixture. Sprinkle with chop ped pepper. Pour milk, eggs and cheese over. Bake at 220ºC or 10 minutes . Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Serves 8. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
