Ingredients
- 3 1/4 miniature marshmallow
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 instant vanilla pudding
- 140 gr nuts
- 110 gr butter
- 1 package cake mix (yellow)
CRUST: Preheat oven to 180ºC Grease 9x13 inch pan. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, eggs and nuts. Blend well. Press half into bottom of pan; reserve remaining for topping. FILLING: In double boiler, melt marshmallows, stirring constantly, until smooth. Add dry pudding mix and bananas to melted marshmallows. Spread evenly over dough. Crumble remaining dough over filling. Bake 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Patti VDRJ67A. ----
