Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 seasoning
- 1 green pepper
- 550 gr meat (ground)
- 350 ml tomato sauce
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 160 gr bread crumbs
- 120 ml water
- 45 ml vinegar
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 30 ml prepared mustard
- 28 gr butter
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 2 gr onion powder
- 1 gr pepper
Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, 8 oz tomato sauce, egg, MySeasoning, and green pepper. Mix well and place in a loaf pan.
Combine all sauce ingredients. Cook in a saucepan until butter melts. Poursauce over meat loaf and bake at 180ÂșC for 1 hour. While baking, the sauceneeds to be spooned over the meat occasionally.
Note: Make sure you use a pan large enough for the meat and sauce, or thesauce will tend to boil over while it is cooking.
