Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes peel
- 3 pot roast in (boneless cut)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 bay leaf
- 120 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 65 gr pitted black olives
- 30 ml oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr sweet basil (dried)
Heat oil in Dutch Oven or electric frying pan. Add meat and hrown well on both sides. Pour off fat and add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Cover tightly and simmer 2.5 to 3 hours.
