Ingredients
- 2 1/2 apple preserves
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 in a greased baking shee preheat oven (thick very hot)
- 220 gr sugar
- 140 gr flour
- 120 gr rum
- 85 gr confectioners sugar
- 80 gr chocolate (grated)
- 65 gr almonds (whole)
- 30 ml warm water
- 16 gr candied lemon peel
- 8 gr cinnamon
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr allspice (ground)
water or milk. Ice the bread while it is still hot, and slice into 1 x 5 cm slices.
