Ingredients

- 3 unsweetened
- 2 eggs

- 800 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 190 gr shortening
- 180 ml water
- 180 ml buttermilk
- 130 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking powder
chocolate two third c milk half t salt 2 t vanilla Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a 2.5 quart saucepan. Heat to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Boil 1 minute without stirring. Place saucepan in a bowl of ice and water. Beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency; add vanilla.
